This four-prong T-nut (also known as "T nut" or "tee nut") fastens easily into wood, particle, and some plastics, leaving a flat surface. Made of zinc-plated steel, these T-nuts include a long flange. They're used in a variety of mounting and fastening functions.
Simply pre-drill a hole, place the flange into the hole, then hammer or tighten into place. T-Nut 4-Prong #T29-444 is 1/4"-20.
