Lightweight yet strong, YKK #8 VISLON separating zippers serve a range of purposes. With sturdy acetal plastic teeth and polyester tape, VISLON lasts longer than the typical zipper. Due to its unrivaled weather-capable properties, it has a variety of consumer, industrial, and military applications. Uses include marine, upholstery, awning enclosures, tents, bags, industrial curtains, and more.
The VISLON zipper is corrosion resistant and self-lubricating. It works smoothly against mud, sand, and other friction-inducing factors. Because the color is an integral part of the molding material, the finish does not chip, peel, or rub off.
YKK #VFUVOL-86 DA E is a separating zipper with an auto-lock, single pull, metal slider. Chain width is 8mm. Tape width on either side of the chain is 5/8". Zipper tape roll length is 36". It is available in white.
