Lightweight yet strong, YKK #8 VISLON separating zippers serve a range of purposes. With durable acetal plastic teeth and polyester tape, VISLON lasts longer than the standard zipper. Due to its unique weather-capable properties, it has a wide range of military, consumer, and industrial applications. Uses include tents, bags, curtains, marine, upholstery, awning enclosures, and more.
The VISLON zipper is corrosion resistant and self-lubricating. It handles smoothly against mud, sand, and other friction-inducing factors. The color is integrated into the molding material, creating a coating that does not rub off, peel, or chip.
YKK #VFUVOL-86 DA E is a separating zipper with an auto-lock, single pull, metal slider. Chain width is 8mm. Tape width on either side of the chain is 5/8". Zipper tape roll length is 168". It comes in black.
