Part of the VELCRO® Brand hook and loop fastener unit, the #88 "hook" (male) strip features small, stiff hooks. This woven tape fastener engages with the #1000 "loop" (female) section that features small, soft loops. When pressed together, the dual mating strips create an adjustable, versatile, and secure closure.
The VELCRO® Brand tape's lightweight, nylon structure provides high strength, stability, and easy care. The acrylic adhesive backing supplies a strong hold to a range of surfaces. The unique self-gripping technology eliminates the need for rings, buckles, snaps, or other fastening hardware. Uses for these adhesive strips consist of mounting and adhering to walls and other surfaces, indoor/outdoor functions, marine fastening, cushion placement, clothing, and other industrial purposes.
