Part of the VELCRO® Brand hook and loop fastener system, the #88 “hook” (male) section is covered in small, stiff hooks. This woven tape fastener engages with the #1000 “loop” (female) section that’s covered in small, soft loops. When pressed together, the two mating strips create an adjustable, highly versatile, and secure closure.
The VELCRO® Brand tape’s lightweight, nylon construction provides high strength, stability, and easy care. The acrylic adhesive backing supplies a strong hold to various surfaces. The exclusive self-gripping technology eliminates the need for buckles, rings, or snaps. Applications for these adhesive strips include indoor/outdoor functions, marine fastening, cushion placement, clothing, mounting and adhering to walls and other surfaces, and other industrial uses.
