Phifer SunTex 80 is a distinct outdoor mesh fabric that absorbs up to 80% of the sun's hot rays. With a 20% open weave, it serves as a well-ventilated privacy screen with great outward viewing while still blocking insects and UV light. When used as an outdoor window shade, it keeps interiors cooler and minimizes fading in furniture. Because of this, it's a great energy saver. Made from durable vinyl-coated polyester, the sun screen fabric defends against tearing and pet damage.
SunTex is ideal as an outdoor sun shade fabric on porches, patios, doors, and windows. Infused with Microban® antimicrobial protection, the material stays cleaner for longer. The exterior solar screen inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew. It needs only an occasional cleaning with mild soap and water. SunTex 80 Screen and Mesh #902015 is offered in modern Stucco.
