Marine Tops Stay Secure with New Windshield Clips New Pull-the-Dot® Windshield Clips are one such product now available from The Astrup Company. Boat tops will stay put with the innovative three-directional locking capability of these fasteners. Designed to fit most standard boat windshield extrusions, Pull-the-Dot Windshield Clips insure a secure attachment to the top of the windshield. When attached so that the pull off point is in the opposite direction of the wind force or other resistance, the snap will not pull off. Pull-the-Dot Windshield Clips are manufactured from non-ferrous materials with a brass stud and stainless steel clip for complete rust resistance. The clips are mated with Pull-the-Dot 18100 cap and 18201 socket.

Astrup now offers a new Universal Hinge that adjusts to any angle and eliminates the need for wedges or several types of deck hinges. Made of black UV resistant premium nylon, the hinge is available in flat base or rail mount with contemporary styling and textured matte finish. All screws are stainless steel.

Astrup has also added a new stainless steel deck hinge with a 40° angle base to its generous selection of marine hardware. This hinge is designed to allow easy installation of tops and biminis on a variety of deck designs. Base size is 1" x 2-1/2" with 1/4" drilled holes (pin not included) for #10 screws.
