With the choice of either manual or state-of-the-art motorized operation, users have full control to adjust the window awning all the way down for privacy, all the way up for full sun, or anywhere in between. This drop-arm retractable window awning is customizable, providing a broad range of choices in fabric color, style and retraction control systems. Solair Window Awning is available in widths up to 12 feet and offers three projection selections – 28 inches, 39 inches, and 59 inches. The awning's aluminum frame components are electrostatic powder coated to provide a high quality, corrosion-resistant finish, in a choice of White or Latte colors. The drop arm with internal spring system allows users to easily adjust the window awning to achieve any level of shade desired. End users can take full control of their awning's position to help avoid the sun's harsh UV rays and help control their home's temperature.

When not in use, customers can fully retract the window awning into a self-storing cassette, which completely protects the awning frame components and fabric from harsh weather elements and sun fading. The Solair Widow Awning is available with manual or motorized operation. Motor options include the solar powered AUTOSUN™ Motor System. Using a battery and solar panel, the AUTOSUN Motor System uses 100 percent clean, renewable and free solar energy to effortlessly retract the awning, and offers frost and obstacle detection for worry-free operation.

The Solair Window Awning is produced with pre-fabricated covers, which means less time fabricating and easier installations. Customers can choose from a wide variety of fabrics, including Sunbrella®, Sunbrella® Mayfield Collection® and Dickson® fabrics, in hundreds of vibrant colors, patterns and textures. Many of these high quality fabrics resist UV rays, moisture and mildew, and remain bright and colorful for years.

Warranty coverage includes: five-year limited warranty on framework, 10-year limited warranty on Sunbrella, Sunbrella Mayfield Collection and Dickson fabrics and five-year warranty on motors. All warranties are good from the day of purchase.
