High Point Collection™ Marine Fabrics

Nautolex®Capitano Marine Vinyl Upholstery

This boat's interior features Capitano Marine Vinyl upholstery, a popular marine-grade vinyl upholstery fabric, known for its outstanding resistance to stain, mildew and abrasion. It is resistant to common scuffing and burnishing, and cleans up easily.

Manufactured by Nautolex, Capitano is a premiere line of fabric due to its durability and color selection. It is formulated with the highest quality pigments and additives to resist fading, bacteria and mildew growth. It covers the full spectrum of elements on today's watercraft, from the smallest runabout to the largest cabin cruiser. The sturdy, expanded construction utilizes a heavy-duty, 100-percent polyester filament backing that has superior strength and great stretch and set qualities. It is perfect for today's seat designs, which involve tailoring around tight corners. It has a durable skin layer, which is resistant to picking and abrasion and cleans easily.

The colors selected for Capitano coordinate with all of today's interior carpeting, exterior gel systems, graphics and interior trim components. They are the result of more than 25 years of styling experience, and were designed specifically with the marine applications in mind. Capitano is available in 24 colors, with a variety of the more popular shades of white and ivory available.

Nautolex® Sofdura and Sofdura X-tra

Manufactured by Nautolex with more than 50 years of experience in the marine industry, SofDura and SofDura X-tra offer superior durability for heavy-duty areas such as seating and backing. The expanded vinyl upholstery fabrics are water repellant and offer excellent resistance to abrasion, scuffing, mildew and fading caused by UV exposure. Both Nautolex SofDura and SofDura X-tra have a 100 percent polyester filament backing and are coated with the unique PreFixx® protective finish that resists staining and provides exceptional ease of cleaning.

Sturdy Nautolex SofDura weighs 20 ounces per square yard, and is available in a 54-inch width. An extensive color palette includes 26 sophisticated shades that lend style to any watercraft: Azurite, Forever Green, Glen Green, Gray Light, High Tide, Ivory, Lapis Blue, Mushroom, Mystic White, Off White, Old Navy, Paradox Blue, Purple Reign, Putty, Red Chile, Royal Plum, Sabbia, Sahara, Sea Grass, Shell White, Silt, Slate Black, Solar Yellow, Storm Gray and Vedra. Twenty-four-ounce Nautolex SofDura X-tra is a 54-inch wide fabric available in 6 soft colors: Gray Light, Mystic White, Mushroom, Putty, Sabbia and Off White. Nautolex SofDura and SofDura X-tra are ideal for use as a base or accent on marine upholstery and in any combination with the premiere Nautolex Capitano Exterior-Grade Marine Upholstery Vinyl line introduced last year.

Sunbrella® Supreme Marine Fabric

Sunbrella® Supreme Marine Fabric is a premium, waterproof fabric with the beauty and durability Sunbrella® brand marine fabrics are known for.

Sunbrella Supreme Marine Fabric has a 100 percent solution-dyed acrylic face and an acrylic flocking on the underside for exceptional durability and colorfastness. The luxurious fabric is constructed using a unique bonding process that securely adheres the acrylic flocking to the Sunbrella fabric, providing a waterproof barrier.

Shown here as a yacht top, Sunbrella Supreme is offered in eight beautiful color combinations, including two with a lighter flocking to brighten the boat's interior. The fabric is 60 inches wide and weighs 13 ounces per square yard. A breeze to clean, Sunbrella Supreme is moisture and soil-resistant and is backed by a five-year manufacturer's limited warranty.

Sur Last® Marine Fabric

Shown here as a boat cover, Sur Last All Marine Fabric is non-abrasive, breathable and waterproof. Made of 100% solution-dyed, 600-denier polyester yarns, Sur Last is a colorfast protective material that will not bleed, fade, unravel or transfer color. The seven-ounce-per-square-yard fabric stands up to wind, rain, pollutants and chemicals known to make other fabrics fade. Sur Last also features a thin, 3/4-ounce urethane back coating that not only adds stability to the weave, but also makes the fabric highly water and mildew resistant as well as shrink/stretch resistant. Sur Last 60-inch Fabric and binding are offered in 11 solids, including Admiral Navy, Black, Burgundy Weave, Charcoal, Forest, Light Grey, Navy Weave, Sand, Sail Blue, Scarlet and Spruce.

Originally designed for the marine industry for boat covers, bimini tops and boat storage covers, Sur Last has grown in popularity for use in numerous outdoor cover applications that require UV protection including furniture covers, tonneau covers, luggage, motorcycle/ATV covers and camping enclosures. Sur Last also works well as a trailerable product as it is non-abrasive to sensitive gel-coat surfaces. The product also exhibits outstanding silkscreen adhesion and is put up on 100-yard rolls. Sur Last All Weather Fabric is backed by a three-year manufacturer's limited warranty.

To complement its line of Sur Last fabrics, Tri Vantage also offers Sur Last 3/4-inch, double-fold bias binding. The binding is made from lightweight yet strong and flexible Sur Last All Weather fabric. Used to create smooth color matched or contrasting edges, Sur Last binding provides a finished and attractive appearance.

Xtreme Seal™

Xtreme Seal is one of the most advanced edge-seal products in the industry. Available from Tri Vantage, this high-tech extrusion material is most commonly used as an edge seal for custom covers such as convertible tops, side curtains, camper enclosures, windshield tops and sides, front-drop windshields and deck seals.

Engineered and manufactured with an advanced Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) material, Xtreme Seal is a closed-cell, flexible product that can be glued or sewn to most materials and surfaces. The unique design of patent-pending Xtreme Seal allows it to create a three-point contact seal on most surfaces, making it a great solution for common problem areas such as windshield wipers, grab rails, radar arches and compound curves and angles. Xtreme Seal is offered in black or white.
