For maximum life and performance, proper maintenance is important. Routine care is recommended, and certain procedures should be followed.

• Every 60-180 days, depending on location and environmental conditions, washing with Cooley Clean^™ is recommended to keep dirt, leaves and other debris from accumulating on the surface. A soft bristle brush and Cooley Deep Clean with water may be used for more stubborn areas. It is also recommended that Cooley Armor Shell^® be applied after each cleaning using Cooley Deep Clean.
• Care should be exercised not to damage the copy or artwork.
• Proper preparation of framework is necessary to assure material is smooth, free of dirt, rust and other substances to guard against discoloration or damage to the fabric.
• It is recommended that Cooley Armor Shell be applied to all new and existing awning installations.
