Coverlight CSM-coated nylon fabric features all the advantages of the neoprene-coated option but with exceptional abrasion resistance. One of the most versatile cover fabrics, it withstands deterioration by weather, ozone, sunlight, heat, and moderately corrosive chemicals. The nylon tarp material offers excellent service at high temperatures. It is more resistant to high temperatures (up to 225°F) and oxidizing agents than neoprene or vinyl. Water resistant and mildew repellent, the tarp fabric is great for use outdoors.
CSM-coated nylon can be sewn or cemented to provide airtight and watertight seams. Suggested uses include lifeboat covers, steam fumigation covers, and truck tarps. Available here in Red.
