This #0 rolled rim grommet and spur washer set is made to reinforce holes in a range of fabrics. Made from heavy-gauge brass, these small but resilient pieces of hardware can endure any type of environment. The finish gives a matte black look and assists in abrasion resistance. The rolled rim grommet offers a slightly thicker material. The spur washer provides additional teeth when compared to a tooth washer. When the two come together, the grommet and washer pair provides the most robust and stable option. Since they don't shift around after installed, this makes them ideal for rough applications that experience movement, like for use on boats. Simply cut a hole into the fabric then install the metal grommet and washer with the proper setting tools.
While optimal for banners, drapery, and curtains, they also work well in marine, custom upholstery, and outdoor awning projects. Specific applications include banners and flags, privacy drapes, boat covers, luggage, safety gear, seating, signs and media, tarps, awnings, and outdoor tents.
The hole's inner diameter is 9/32". 1 gross = 144 grommets and 144 washers (288 total pieces).
