This #8 rolled rim grommet and spur washer pack is made to reinforce holes in a range of fabrics. Forged from heavy-gauge brass, these compact yet resilient parts can stand up to any type of setting. The finish gives a matte black look and assists in abrasion resistance. The rolled rim grommet offers a slightly thicker material. The spur washer offers additional teeth than a tooth washer. When the two come together, the grommet and washer set offers the most robust and stable option. Since they don't move around after installed, this makes them ideal for rough applications that experience movement, like for use on boats. Easily perforate a hole into the fabric then position the metal grommet and washer with the proper setting tools.
While ideal for curtains, drapery, and vinyl banners, they also operate well in marine, custom upholstery, and outdoor awning projects. Specific applications consist of banners and flags, privacy drapes, boat covers, luggage, safety gear, seating, signs and media, tarps, awnings, and outdoor tents.
The hole's inner diameter is 1-3/32". 1 gross = 144 grommets and 144 washers (288 total pieces).
