This cord is composed of solid-braided MFP (multifilament polypropylene) and features an abrasion-resistant smooth finish. The polypropylene cord has good strength, low stretch, and excellent dielectric qualities. The polypro cord resists mildew, alkalis, and acids. The polypropylene rope also floats and does not absorb water. The ends can be fused to prevent fraying. Use the polypro rope in a wide range of marine applications.
