This PVC trim is engineered to cover up staples once the fabric has been fixed into place. Used for canopy and awning frames, Steel Stitch ZipStrip is driven into the open channel with an air hammer. Offered in more than 30 colors, like Yellow.
Many choose Steel Stitch awning hardware for its easy, durable method for awning installation. Staples are stapled into the Steel Stitch tube, affixing the fabric securely to the awning frame. The staple channel is then hidden with Steel Stitch PVC or fabric-covered ZipStrip, which is easily driven into the channel with a handheld pneumatic hammer.
