This #1 self-piercing rolled rim grommet and spur washer pack is used to reinforce holes in a range of fabrics. It will pierce most fabrics without pre-punching a hole, while setting the grommet and washer in the same step. The teeth in the spur washer engage with the rolled rim of the grommet for the most reliable grip of any other pairing type. Forged from heavy-gauge stainless steel, these small yet durable parts are stronger and less malleable than brass. Use in any environment. Simply install the metal grommet and washer with the proper setting tools.
While best-suited for banners, drapery, and curtains, they also operate well in custom upholstery, outdoor awning, and marine jobs. Specific uses consist of banners and flags, privacy drapes, boat covers, luggage, safety gear, seating, signs and media, tarps, awnings, and outdoor tents.
The hole's inner diameter is 5/16". 1 gross = 144 grommets and 144 washers (288 total pieces).
