This FR Fabric Bond Tape uses top bonding technology to create smooth seams. It supports the three principles of welding: heat, speed, and pressure. Use the polyurethane-based welding tape to heat seal seams with Hot Wedge, RF (Radio Frequency) bar, or Hot Air welding equipment. We suggest using with a Miller Weldmaster®.
This white fabric bond tape is designed for use with fire-retardant fabrics only, like FIRESIST®. It creates clean, watertight seams and removes the need for thread matching. The 7/8" heat seal tape is great for industrial awning or marine projects. Offered exclusively through Trivantage®.
Product Note: Not all fabrics are heat compatible. Please assure that your chosen fabric is heat sealable before bonding with a welder. Always test bonding tape before using on a large scale. Bonding tape is typically not needed when bonding vinyl to vinyl. For welding non-FR fabrics, use the standard Fabric Bond Tape #500591.
