This #4 rolled rim grommet and spur washer set is built to reinforce holes in a range of fabrics. Made from heavy-gauge brass with a black finish, these compact yet resilient parts can stand up to any kind of environment. Rolled rim grommets provide a slightly thicker material. Spur washers offer more teeth when compared to tooth washers. When the two engage, this grommet and washer pair offers the most secure and robust option. Since they don't move after installed, this makes them optimal for rugged applications that experience movement, like for use on boats. Simply cut a hole into the fabric then position the metal grommet and washer with the appropriate setting tools.
While ideal for vinyl banners, drapery, and curtains, these grommets and washers also perform well in marine, custom upholstery, and outdoor awning projects. Applications include banners and flags, boat covers, awnings, drapes, signage, luggage, safety gear, seats, tents, and tarpaulins.
The hole's inner diameter is 9/16". 1 gross = 144 grommets and 144 washers (288 pieces total).
