Twitchell’s Textilene Nano 95 is made with a fine, lightweight core diameter yarn when compared to the original Textilene 95. This high-performance solar screen fabric is composed of antimicrobial, PVC-coated polyester. It is built to lessen damaging UV rays, heat transfer, and glare. Blocking as much as 95% of the sun's rays, the solar screen fabric is flame resistant and fade resistant. It is also a resilient alternative to insect screen.
The mesh fabric is an outstanding energy saver and reduces fading in indoor furnishings. The material supplies daytime privacy with remarkable exterior clarity. Use Textilene Nano 95 in Stone Texture for exterior patio shades, interior/exterior roller shades, gazebo screening, window screens, and more.

Textilene can be heat sealed with a Hot Wedge, Hot Air, or Radio Frequency (RF) welder. We suggest testing a small piece of fabric first to get the ideal temperature.
