This #1J grommet has a slightly longer barrel and comes with a plain washer. Used to reinforce holes in a range of fabrics, the J grommets are used for thicker fabrics. Forged from heavy-gauge brass, these small but sturdy pieces of hardware will withstand any kind of environment. Simply cut a hole into the fabric then install the metal grommet and washer with the right setting tools.
While ideal for drapery, curtains, drapery, and vinyl banners, they also work well in custom upholstery, marine, and outdoor awning projects. Specific uses include boat covers, banners and flags, awnings, seats, luggage, privacy drapes, safety gear, signs and media, outdoor tents, and tarps.
The hole's inner diameter measures 9/32". 1 gross = 144 grommets and 144 washers (288 pieces total).
