This #2 grommet and plain washer set is made to reinforce holes in a variety of fabrics. Made of heavy-gauge brass, these small but resilient parts can withstand any type of environment. The nickel-plated finish gives added abrasion resistance and a silver look. Simply cut a hole into the fabric then install the metal grommet and washer with the suitable setting tools.
While best-suited for drapery, curtains, and vinyl banners, they also work well in marine, custom upholstery, and outdoor awning projects. Specific uses consist of boat covers, banners and flags, luggage, privacy drapes, safety gear, seats, signs and media, tarpaulins, outdoors tents, and awnings.
The hole's inner diameter is 3/8". 1 gross = 144 grommets and 144 washers (288 pieces total). Can be used interchangeably with plain or teeth washers.
