This #0 rolled rim grommet and spur washer set is used to support holes in a variety of fabrics. Made of heavy-gauge brass, these small but resilient pieces of hardware can endure any kind of setting. The rolled rim grommet offers a slightly thicker material. The spur washer provides additional teeth when compared to a tooth washer. When the two come together, the grommet and washer set offers the most robust and stable option. Since they don't move around after installed, this makes them optimal for rough applications that experience movement, like for use on boats. Simply perforate a hole into the fabric then position the metal grommet and washer with the appropriate setting tools.
While optimal for drapery, curtains, and vinyl banners, they also work well in marine, custom upholstery, and outdoor awning projects. Specific applications consist of boat covers, banners and flags, luggage, privacy drapes, safety gear, seats, signs and media, tarpaulins, outdoors tents, and awnings.
The hole's inner diameter is 9/32". 1 gross = 144 grommets and 144 washers (288 total pieces).
