This lightweight, fiberglass fabric is spun into a classic twill pattern to create a two-sided fabric. The design provides maximum glare reduction, heat reduction, and improved visibility. With an average openness of 1%, the solar screen offers excellent shade and privacy while reducing fading in furniture.
Suggested applications include Roman shades, pleated window shades, roll-up shades, folding shades, vertical blinds, drapes, screens, and sheers. While widely used as an interior solar shading fabric, SheerWeave 2701 can also be used in exterior roller shades. The mesh fabric is available in a range of color options, like Oyster P12.
SheerWeave 2701 sun screen fabric is infused with Microban® antimicrobial protection, offering an added level of cleanliness that won't diminish for the lifetime of the fabric. Microban inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew, and keeps the fabric clean for longer. The sun control fabric is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD Gold certified.
