This lightweight, fiberglass fabric is woven into a traditional twill pattern to create a two-sided fabric. The design provides maximum heat reduction, glare reduction, and improved visibility. With an average openness of 1%, the solar screen offers excellent shading and privacy while reducing fading of furniture.
Suggested uses include roll-up shades, Roman shades, folding shades, pleated window shades, vertical blinds, drapes, sheers, and screens. While commonly used as an interior solar shading fabric, SheerWeave 2701 can also be used in exterior roller shades. The mesh fabric is available in a range of colors, like Oyster / Beige P13.
SheerWeave 2701 sun screen fabric is infused with Microban® antimicrobial protection, providing an added level of cleanliness that won’t wash or wear away for the lifetime of the fabric. Microban inhibits the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew, and keeps the fabric cleaner for longer. The sun shade fabric is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD Gold certified.
