Using innovations in polyester yarn, SheerWeave 4550 sun control fabric is thinner and more lightweight, allowing for easy fabrication. Style 4550 offers a unique two-sided appearance that enhances both outward visibility and solar heat reduction.
With a 5% open factor, it is best for applications that demand a more opaque and non-directional fabric. Uses include Roman shades, roll-up shades, vertical blinds, panel tracks, and screens. While often used as an interior solar shading fabric, Style 4550 can also be used in exterior roller shades. Shown here in Linen P65, the mesh fabric comes in a range of colors.
SheerWeave 4550 sun shade fabric is armed with Microban® antimicrobial protection, keeping the fabric clean and easy to maintain. Microban discourages the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew to provide leading longevity. The sun screen fabric is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD Gold certified.
