Special Freight Program

An exclusive benefit, your Special Freight Program helps you keep freight costs down.


How does it work?

On the Shipping & Billing page in your Shopping Cart, simply select “UPS Ground” as your shipping option. If your order qualifies for your special freight program, you'll automatically see a red "Promotional Shipping Rate" icon with your flat rate near the subtotal (if you hover over the icon, you will see a message explaining your discount details). No action from you is needed to receive your freight deal! The amount will also appear on the Order Summary page before you place your order.

This new process allows you to see your accurate shipping price. Your estimated delivery date will be shown on the Order Summary page before you place your order (if UPS Ground is selected and all items are eligible to ship UPS).

Please note: this change is only for orders that qualify for UPS Ground. For LTL shipments, please continue using the same process you have been using.

What are the terms of the Special Freight Program?
 

• Flat shipping rate on all qualifying orders placed by web, phone, email, or fax
• Applies to UPS Ground and LTL carriers
• Applies to continental US addresses only
• Does not apply to expedited shipping (UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day, etc.)
• Does not apply to long stock (items over 144")
• Discount does not apply to merchandise or taxes
• Promotional price will be automatically applied during checkout
• Any qualifying LTL orders will be adjusted after the order is placed
• Program price will appear on all email order notifications
• Freight charged will be the lesser of estimated shipping cost and special program price
• Terms are subject to change
