Made of aluminum alloy 6063-T5 and a mill finish, this awning frame tube is used with the Steel Stitch System.
Steel Stitch offers versatile design in the installation of awnings, canopies, and back-lit signs. The frame system utilizes the "staple-in" method of affixing fabric by stapling it into the tube channel. A PVC trim, in a selection of over 30 colors, is then driven into the tube channel to hide the staples. By using divider strips to join sections and the exclusive FlashStrip® (which forms a leak-proof seal against building surfaces), the outcome is a desirable, seamless, and wrinkle-free awning.
Steel Stitch Staple-In Tube #SMP-2C is 1" x 1-3/4" x 1/10" and is 25' long.
