Part of the VELCRO® Brand hook and loop fastener unit, the #1000 "loop" (female) part is covered in small, soft loops. This woven tape fastener engages with a #88 "hook" (male) section with small, stiff hooks. When pressed together, the dual mating strips create a versatile, adjustable, and stable closure.
The VELCRO® Brand tape's light, nylon design provides durability and easy care. The acrylic adhesive backing grips firmly to a range of surfaces. The exclusive self-gripping technique eliminates the need for rings, buckles, snaps, and other fastening hardware. Applications for these adhesive strips include indoor/outdoor functions, marine fastening, cushion placement, clothing, mounting and adhering to walls and other surfaces, and other industrial uses. VELCRO® Brand nylon loop tape #190984 in black has a 1-inch width.
