Due to unprecedented demand and disruptions from suppliers, many products are experiencing extended lead times. Delivery providers are also experiencing delays. Please know we are working hard to meet your needs. Let our customer care team help you plan ahead during this time.

To our community:

As a national company, Trivantage is closely monitoring the dynamic situation of COVID-19 (coronavirus). We are navigating the situation quickly and adapting as new information is available in order to protect the health and safety of our associates, partners, and customers while ensuring continuity of our business partnerships. While the situation remains fluid and continues to evolve almost daily, we have taken specific actions with the health and safety of everyone in mind.

Please take note of the following changes (subject to change):

1. Distribution Centers

Unless otherwise stated below, our distribution centers are operating on a normal schedule. We will continue to service customers through all open sites. Although there are some disruptions and delays in transportation and production in some areas of the global supply chain, our teams are continuing to work very closely with our various partners to minimize any impacts. As the situation continues to change daily, we remain committed to working closely with our suppliers and partners around the world to minimize both the health risks to our associates and disruptions to our collective businesses as much as possible.

2. Shipping

Currently, we are not seeing major disruptions for UPS or USPS deliveries. However, please note they are not guaranteeing delivery times. Click here to see the latest updates from UPS, and click here to see the latest updates from USPS.

3. Will-Call

Effective March 16, 2020, Trivantage will deliver packages directly to your vehicle or provide dock pick-up where applicable. Please call your local branch at the phone number listed below and we will make sure you get your will-call order safely and hassle-free. For walk-up customers who typically order on-site, we ask that you place your order by phone and we will deliver your packages to your vehicle or make them available for dock pick-up once ready.

4. Visitors

Effective March 16, 2020, we have suspended visitors to all Trivantage locations until further notice.

5. Employee Practices

Based on recommendations from the CDC, we've instituted the following employee practices:

  • Effective March 16, 2020, we have suspended all business travel for our associates until further notice
  • Associates are required to get tested if they have been exposed to or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19
  • Require associates who have traveled to or through a highly impacted area to self-quarantine for 14 days before returning to work
  • Encourage associates who don’t feel well to work remotely or otherwise stay home
  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting efforts at all facilities
  • Continue to reinforce anti-transmission and good hygiene practices with all associates
  • Practice social distancing
