As a national company, Trivantage is closely monitoring the dynamic situation of COVID-19 (coronavirus). We are navigating the situation quickly and adapting as new information is available in order to protect the health and safety of our associates, partners, and customers while ensuring continuity of our business partnerships. While the situation remains fluid and continues to evolve almost daily, we have taken specific actions with the health and safety of everyone in mind.

Please take note of the following changes (subject to change):
1. Distribution Centers
Unless otherwise stated below, our distribution centers are operating on a normal schedule. We will continue to service customers through all open sites. Although there are some disruptions and delays in transportation and production in some areas of the global supply chain, our teams are continuing to work very closely with our various partners to minimize any impacts. As the situation continues to change daily, we remain committed to working closely with our suppliers and partners around the world to minimize both the health risks to our associates and disruptions to our collective businesses as much as possible.
Effective March 16, Trivantage will deliver packages directly to your vehicle or provide dock pick-up where applicable. Please call your local branch at the phone number listed below and we will make sure you get your will-call order safely and hassle-free. For walk-up customers who typically order on-site, we ask that you place your order by phone and we will deliver your packages to your vehicle or make them available for dock pick-up once ready.

3. Temporarily Closed
Effective March 30, the following locations are temporarily closed through April 10, 2020 to consolidate efforts while limiting impact to our customers. Fortunately, we still have well-stocked branches across the U.S. that will continue to service your orders until we reopen on Monday, April 13. Our goal over the next two weeks is to make the ordering process as seamless as possible for you. Please note that you may experience a one- to two-day delay at most in receiving orders during this time.
Effective March 16, we have suspended visitors to all Trivantage locations until further notice.
