This square tubing bender bends 1-inch (outside diameter) marine tubing. The crown radius is adjustable from a 30-inch minimum to infinity. The only Crowner with gear drive, Crownarc's crank turns both lower wheels and "takes a bigger bite" to get more crown per pass. It features a fully adjustable center roller and a Z wheel drive system for much easier control. The back plate is made from boiler plate steel and the rollers are high-density polymer for mar-resistant contact with fine marine tubing.
The Crownarc is supplied with rollers cut for 1-inch diameter marine tubing to easily crown stainless or aluminum tubing. Mount the square tubing bender on the wall, on a table, or on the side or rear of a truck.
