Description

Bends 7/8 inch, 1 inch or 1-1/4 inch outside diameter marine tubing using the same dies. The crown radius is adjustable from 30 inch minimum to infinity. The only Crowner with gear drive; Crownarc's crank turns both lower wheels and "takes a bigger bite" to get more crown per pass. The Z wheel drive system makes control much easier. The back plate is boiler plate steel and rollers are high-density polymer for mar resistant contact with fine marine tubing. The center roller is fully adjustable.

The Crownarc is supplied with rollers cut for 1 inch diameter marine tubing. This easily crowns 1 inch and 7/8 inch stainless or aluminum marine tubing. Bender can be mounted on the wall, on a table or on the side or rear of a truck.
