The Bendarc bends a 6, 8, 10 or 12 inch radius on either 7/8, 1, or 1-1/4 inch OD aluminum or stainless steel marine tubing. Designed for wall or bench mounting. Bends are formed using a long handle for leverage and with the aid of body weight. The Bendarc gives strong bends with smooth, rounded corners. Constructed of boiler plate steel with bearing supported roller. Rollers are high-density polymer for mar resistant contact with fine tubing finishes.
Interchangeable forming blocks, clamp blocks and rollers are also available to convert from a 6 inch radius to 8 inch or 10 inch, and a 7/8 inch OD tube to 1 inch OD. Switch sizes easily and quickly with only an Allen wrench and a 1/2 inch socket. Once forming block replacement is installed, only a finger tight adjustment of a nut on the clamp block is required.
