Description

Canvex II is a clear, reinforced plastic sheeting used in a variety of industries, most notably for patterning boat covers, snap-on covers, biminis, and other marine uses. Other applications for the clear poly sheeting include enclosures, curtains, equipment covers, temporary walls, silage and cargo covers, carpet and product wrappings, and insulation membranes. It is made by weaving high-density polyethylene ribbons and coating them with a low-density polyethylene. This unique weaving process creates a highly tear-resistant film. This enables the ribbons to shift and “bunch up” when met with a tearing force.

Canvex II is typically used for jobs that require superior tear resistance and a light weight, including use on construction sites to cover materials and enclose buildings.
