Description

Coats Ultra Dee is a corded (twisted) thread made from a high-strength, resilient, and continuous filament polyester. It provides 20-33% higher continued strength than standard lubricated threads. Ultra Dee is heat set to prevent shrinkage or expanding. The bonded finish adds extra strength, prevents the ply from untwisting, and decreases fraying at the needle's eye. This means better seam quality and less struggle over mending broken thread or rethreading. The high-tenacity sewing thread is designed for heavy-duty fabrication and demanding applications.

Top uses include marine and outdoor applications, leather goods, luggage, furniture, seat trims, and footwear. Ultra Dee polyester thread is offered in many versatile colors, including Blue. All are left twist (Z twist) threads.
