Description

Coats Ultra Dee is a corded (twisted) thread made from a high-strength, resilient, and continuous filament polyester. It offers 20-33% higher continued strength than common lubricated threads. Ultra Dee is heat set to minimize shrinking or expanding. The bonded finish adds extra strength, prevents the ply from unwinding, and reduces fraying at the needle eye. This means greater seam quality and less difficulty over rethreading and mending broken thread. The high-tenacity sewing thread is built for heavy-duty fabrication and demanding applications.

Top uses include seat trims, footwear, luggage, furniture upholstery, leather goods, outdoor goods, and marine applications. Ultra Dee polyester thread is offered in many versatile color options, including Gold. All are left twist (Z twist) threads.
