This #3 sheet metal grommet and neck washer pair is built to reinforce holes and prevent fraying in a range of fabrics. Made of nickel-plated brass, these compact yet durable pieces of hardware can stand up to any kind of environment. The neck washer is primarily used in barrel-to-barrel settings. Simply punch a hole into your fabric then place the metal grommet and washer with the right setting tools.
