This #4 sheet metal grommet and neck washer pair is designed to reinforce holes and prevent fraying in a range of fabrics. Made from brass with a black finish, these small yet sturdy pieces of hardware can withstand any type of environment. The neck washer is specifically used in barrel-to-barrel applications. Simply cut a hole into your fabric then place the metal grommet and washer with the right setting tools.
