This #4 rolled rim grommet is made to support holes in a variety of fabrics. Made from heavy-duty brass, these small but durable parts can stand up to any type of setting. The rolled rim grommet offers a slightly thicker material. When the grommet is paired with a spur washer 233969, they offer the most stable and robust option. Since they don't move around after installed, this makes them optimal for rugged applications that experience movement, like for use on boats. Simply cut a hole into the fabric then position the metal grommet and washer with the appropriate setting
tools.
While optimal for curtains, drapery, and vinyl banners, they also function well in marine, custom upholstery, and outdoor awning projects. Specific uses include boat covers, banners and flags, luggage, privacy drapes, safety gear, seats, signs and media, tarpaulins, outdoors tents, and awnings.
