This #3 rolled rim grommet and spur washer set is made to support holes in a variety of fabrics. Forged from heavy-gauge brass, these small but resilient parts can withstand any type of climate. The nickel-plated finish gives added abrasion resistance and a silver look. The rolled rim grommet provides a slightly thicker material. The spur washer offers additional teeth than a tooth washer. When the two engage, this grommet and washer pair offers the most stable and robust option. Since they don't move around after installed, this makes them ideal for rugged applications that experience movement, like for use on boats. Easily cut a hole into the fabric then install the metal grommet and washer with the suitable setting tools.
While best-suited for drapery, curtains, and vinyl banners, they also function well in marine, custom upholstery, and outdoor awning projects. Specific applications consist of banners and flags, privacy drapes, boat covers, luggage, safety gear, seating, signs and media, tarps, awnings, and outdoor tents.
The hole's inner diameter measures 15/32". 1 gross = 144 grommets and 144 washers (288 total pieces).
