Gatorshield steel tubing offers triple layer corrosion protection on the exterior surface consisting of zinc, a conversion coating and a clear organic topcoat. The interior is fully covered with a corrosion-resistant zinc coating. Independent tests have proven our steel tubing offers dramatically higher corrosion resistance than other products being marketed for awning framework.
