Description

Fastener cutter #9951E is used for punching holes in the fabric before placing 16205 and 16206 DOT Lift-The-DOT sockets. We recommend using the fabric hole punch with a dead blow hammer or rawhide mallet and a urethane cutting pad. This hand tool is portable and easy to use.
