Use Hand Special Cutter #149 for #1 rolled rim grommets and spur washers. The grommet hole punch cuts a 5/16" hole size with the use of a dead blow hammer or rawhide maul. The hand tool is small and easy to use. For best results, use the fabric hole punch with a Urethane Cutting Pad beneath.
Product Note: Do not use with metal or steelhead hammers.
