Use Hand Special Cutter #149 with #4 rolled rim grommets and spur washers. The grommet hole punch punctures a 1/2" hole size when used with a rawhide mallet. This hand tool is portable and simple to use. For optimal results, use the fabric hole punch with a Urethane Cutting Pad beneath.
