This hand notcher is designed for fast and easy cutting. The notcher makes a clean 30°, V-shaped cut in sheet metal. This notching tool is used to notch cut awning rail. These cuts allow you to create an arch for your awning. The upper cutting jaw is drop forged, high-impact alloy steel with nickel-plated and black oxide finishes. The hook design of the cutting jaw facilitates notching to desired depth without slippage. This hand notcher features ergonomic blue grips. 13/16-inch maximum throat depth.
