Easily and quickly applied, HH-66 vinyl cement provides a fast drying and exceptionally strong bond to all types of vinyl coated fabrics, plastics, metals, glass, wood and leather. HH-66 Vinyl Cement is applied and functions similarly to standard contact cement but is specifically formulated and optimized for bonding vinyl materials. It can also be used for sealing or waterproofing seams.
