This is a replacement cutting tube for use with the Revolving Punch Tool #155. The heavy-duty 1/8" cutting tubes are hand-turned from high carbon tool steel and threaded to make replacement easy. The revolving hole punch is used to puncture holes in a range of soft fabrics and leather products.
