This #1 self-piercing rolled rim grommet and spur washer set is made to fortify holes in a range of fabrics. It will puncture most fabrics without pre-punching a hole, while setting the grommet and washer in the same action. The teeth in the spur washer engage with the rolled rim of the grommet for the most reliable hold of any other pairing. Made from nickel-plated brass for use in virtually any environment. The nickel-plated finish gives added abrasion resistance and a silver look. Easily install the metal grommet and washer with the proper setting tools.
While best-suited for banners, drapery, and curtains, they also work well in custom upholstery, outdoor awning, and marine jobs. Specific applications consist of boat covers, banners and flags, luggage, privacy drapes, safety gear, seats, signs and media, tarpaulins, outdoors tents, and awnings.
The hole's inner diameter measures 3/8". Comes standard in a pack of 250.
