This lightweight, fiberglass fabric is woven into a traditional twill pattern to create a two-sided fabric. The composition provides maximum heat reduction, glare reduction, and enhanced visibility. With an openness factor of 1%, the solar screen delivers excellent shade and privacy while reducing fading in furnishings.
Suggested applications include roll-up shades, Roman shades, folding shades, pleated window shades, vertical blinds, drapes, sheers, and screens. While widely used as an interior solar shading fabric, SheerWeave 2701 can also be used in exterior roller shades. The mesh fabric comes in a variety of colors, like Oyster / Chestnut P92.
SheerWeave 2701 sun screen fabric is equipped with Microban® antimicrobial protection, providing an added level of cleanliness that won't diminish over the fabric's lifetime. Microban hinders the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew, and keeps the fabric cleaner for longer. The sun control fabric is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD Gold certified.
