This lightweight, fiberglass fabric is spun into a traditional twill pattern to create a two-sided fabric. The design provides maximum glare reduction, heat reduction, and enhanced visibility. With an openness factor of 1%, the solar screen offers excellent shade and privacy while reducing fading in furniture.
Suggested applications include drapes, sheers, window screens, roll-up shades, Roman shades, folding shades, pleated shades, and vertical blinds. While widely used as an interior solar shading fabric, SheerWeave 2701 can also be used in exterior roller shades. The mesh fabric comes in an array of color options, like Oyster / Pearl Gray P14.
SheerWeave 2701 sun screen fabric is armed with Microban® antimicrobial protection, offering an additional level of cleanliness that won't wash or wear away over the fabric's lifetime. Microban prevents the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew, and keeps the fabric cleaner for longer. The sun control fabric is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD Gold certified.
