This lightweight, fiberglass fabric is woven into a traditional twill pattern to create a two-sided fabric. The design provides maximum glare reduction, heat reduction, and enhanced visibility. With an average openness of 1%, the solar screen offers excellent shading and privacy while reducing fading in furnishings.
Suggested applications include drapes, sheers, window screens, roll-up shades, Roman shades, folding shades, pleated shades, and vertical blinds. While commonly used as an interior solar shading fabric, SheerWeave 2701 can also be used in exterior roller shades. The mesh fabric is available in a variety of colors, like Oyster / Pewter P91.
SheerWeave 2701 sun screen fabric is infused with Microban® antimicrobial protection, offering an additional level of cleanliness that won't wash or wear away for the lifetime of the fabric. Microban prevents the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew, and keeps the fabric clean for longer. The sun control fabric is GREENGUARD® and GREENGUARD Gold certified.
